Can background music and special effects be included?

Yes. All our videos are synchronized with songs and cinematic special effects included in the package you choose at no additional cost; we add royalty-free soundtracks, but if you have a preference for a favorite song, we can purchase it for you at a cost of $10.

Can you create a customized song just for me?

The answer is YES. Tell us your most emotional story, an unforgettable memory, a journey that marked you, or a special moment in your life, and our talented composers will transform it into a beautiful personalized song. These additional services are designed to add a special and unique touch to your cinematic montage. Our team of experts will ensure your memories come to life in the way you desire.

Do I need to arrange my images in order?

It depends on the type of video you want. If it’s a biographical video, you will need to organize the photos chronologically as they occurred in the person’s life to tell the story from the beginning. If the order of the photos does not matter to you, we can arrange them for you.

I don’t live near you. Do you accept orders from clients outside your area?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with PayPal payments.

Can I use pictures I did not take in my slideshow?

We recommend using images with permission only.

How do I share the video on the internet?

Once your video is complete, with your prior authorization, we will upload it to a portfolio on our YouTube channel where you will have access to a link to share it with your family and friends. This makes the sharing process easier for everyone; you would simply need to copy the link and send it via WhatsApp or just provide the name of the video as it appears on YouTube. They can then watch it on a TV from the comfort of their home.

What format will I receive my video in?

We will provide you with a downloadable MP4 file. This file can be saved on your cell phone or computer and easily uploaded to your favorite social media sites. Additionally, you have the option to purchase a custom wooden USB drive with a box for $45. USB shipping will be subject to shipping costs and delivery times that may vary depending on the location and the shipping methods of courier service providers.

How long should the video play?

We recommend a maximum duration of 10 minutes. Each photograph will be displayed on screen for about 3-5 seconds. The total length of the video depends on the package you choose:

Cinemagic Package:
Up to 50 photos/videos
Duration: 1-3 minutes

Fantasy Package:
Up to 100 photos/videos
Duration: 3-5 minutes

Dreamscape Package:
Up to 150 photos/videos
Duration: 5-8 minutes
